The Time : Space Loops

The Time-Space Loops. -Southeast Asia -Taiwan Contemporary Art Interchange Exhibition This exhibition is trying to reflect the needs which we are seeking for territoriality. The “loop” is a metaphor for the heterogeneous culture in the contemporary Taiwan societies. It is like the particles, collide and interact with each other, and generate the magnetic field. The artist tries to extend the “locality” from the idea of “regional geography” to consider the possibilities that the coexistence of nationalities.

    Liverpool Biennial 2012 | Metro - Wonderland : Taiwanese Artists and Urban Morphology

    Taiwanese architect HSIEH Ying-Chun and his Atelier-3 will present in the Liverpool Biennial 2012 exhibition The Unexpected Guest. In addition, three young artists from Taiwan, CHEN Chia-Jen, CHIU Cheng-Hung, and HSU Chia-Wei, have been invited to join in the collateral exhibition City States.

After experiencing an information overload from artistic fulfillment mixed with the growth and exhaustion from long travels, artists have a small part in their heart that is slowly changing, building and settling down, as if fermenting in butterfly effects.
